Sevruga Caviar
Sevruga caviar a type of caviar with small grey colored eggs and creamy taste has its own unique quality. It is harvested from sturgeons in Caspian Sea and to be more specific from three kinds of sturgeon Sevruga sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus), the Sterlet sturgeon (Acipenser ruthenus) and the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). Although Sevruga caviar has a lower price than Beluga but it still counted as a luxurious and expensive nutrition. The rareness, long term harvesting and the healthiness factor all make caviar a delicacy. Sevruga caviar has a buttery, salty flavor and also the taste of ocean is sensible in just a little spoon of it. This rich delicacy is full of iron, minerals, amino acid, protein, vitamin B, etc…, which is a reason that makes Sevruga and mainly caviar so valuable. Sevruga is the smallest and finest caviar among other types of caviar.
